MAPLE CINNAMON "BIG" BUN

Keep frozen until ready to enjoy!

Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw on the counter for 8-10 hours (remove the plastic lid and cover with a damp tea towel) - the “BIG” bun will fill the pan and rise quite a bit

Pre-heat oven to 350°F

Bake for 30-35 minutes - it will brown and rise a bit more
-
To check for doneness - gently turn the bun over and check the centre with a fork - make sure interior is cooked
-
The good stuff! - Add the maple cream cheese icing and maple sugar crumbles!

SCONES

Keep frozen until ready to enjoy! No need to thaw before cooking.

Pre-heat oven to 375-400°F.

Double panning is recommended as the bottoms can brown quickly
-
Bake for 25-30 minutes - time will vary depending on your oven.

To check for doneness - gently press the top of the scone, if it bounces back, it’s done!

Some butter will melt out as they bake, but that’s all good!

DINNER ROLLS

Keep frozen until ready to enjoy!

Remove from the freezer and allow to thaw on the counter for 5-6 hours (keep in the bag, but undone OR remove and cover with a damp tea towel) - the dinner rolls will fill the pan and almost double in size

Preheat oven to 350°F

Bake for 30-35 minutes

To check for doneness - gently turn the rolls over, there should be some browning and when the bottom is “tapped” it should make a hollow sound

SHORTCAKE

Keep frozen until ready to enjoy! Let thaw on the counter for 2-6 hrs.

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

Remove plastic lid.

Bake for 20 - 30 minutes - time will vary depending on your oven. The edges and top will start to brown.

To check for doneness - a cake tester or toothpick should come out clean when inserted in the middle. Also, the top should spring back when pressed gently.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Gently remove the cake from the foil pan and place on a wire rack until cooled.

Slice and enjoy with your favourite fruit and whipped cream!
